Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Busolv mobile application (“the App”) provided by Sageware Solutions Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific features or services of the App.
2. User Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for the activity on your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
- Distribute or upload any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or any servers or networks connected to it.
- Engage in any behavior that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App’s functionality or the services it provides.
- Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
4. User-Generated Content
The App allows you to upload, store, and share photos and food information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading it to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the services of the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree that your User Content will not:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
- Contain defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. We offer various subscription options, including weekly, monthly, and annual billing cycles. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your subscription. Payment will be processed through your App Store account (e.g., Apple’s App Store), and you will be billed according to the payment cycle you choose.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date through the App’s settings or your App Store account. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the App until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are owned by Sageware Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any content from the App without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We are not responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or other damages that result from using the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sageware Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App and delete any content you have stored in the App.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sageware Solutions Inc. is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the functionality of the App. Any changes will be posted in this section, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
